General Terms and Conditions (T&C)

These Terms and Conditions apply to all memberships, events, digital offerings, community access, and other services provided by Cosmopolitan Business Club (CBC).
By registering, booking, participating, or using CBC services, the member agrees to the respective valid version of the contract.

CBC is fully responsible for membership management, payments, bookings, and subscriptions.
CBC offers the following membership tiers:
One-time admission fees:
Included Services (depending on membership level):
The specific scope of services is determined by the membership selected at the time of contract conclusion. CBC reserves the right to adjust the event portfolio, tour offerings, and consulting services.
There is no entitlement to specific contacts, business success, cooperations, or income.
Membership becomes active only after successful payment processing through Stripe.
Note: The admission fee must be transferred separately. You will receive a separate payment link.
Membership fees, event tickets, seminar or participation fees are non-refundable.
This applies explicitly in the following cases:
Services that have already been provided or made available are excluded from any refund.
No Right of Withdrawal
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for CBC memberships.
According to § 312g Para. 2 No. 9 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts for the provision of services in the leisure sector if the contract provides for a specific date or performance period.
By confirming your membership, you expressly agree that services begin immediately and the right of withdrawal is excluded.
Access to the Cosmopolitan Business Club network is a privilege, not a right.
There is no entitlement to:
CBC reserves the right to decide network access at its sole discretion.
CBC events serve social interaction, trust-building, and personal exchange.
They are not business platforms, pitch venues, or sales events.
In particular, the following are prohibited:
To protect the integrity of the network, the following strict rules apply:
❌ Inviting participants to external WhatsApp, Telegram, or other messenger groups
❌ Sharing group links or QR codes
❌ Statements like "text me, I'll invite you"
❌ Creating parallel communities, groups, or distribution lists based on CBC events
❌ Using CBC events to recruit for third-party networks
These rules apply before, during, and after events.
In case of violations of these Terms and Conditions – particularly the network and conduct rules – the following sanctions apply:
In severe cases, exclusion may occur immediately and without prior warning ("silent exclusion").
During membership and for 12 months after termination, members are prohibited from:
In case of breach, a contractual penalty of at least €5,000 applies.
Further damage claims remain unaffected.
CBC is not liable for:
Liability for intent or gross negligence remains unaffected.
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

By participating in CBC events, meetings, or activities, all participants automatically grant their consent to photography, videography, and audio recording.
Consent & Usage Rights
Participants grant CBC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken during CBC events for:
Participants waive any claims to attribution, compensation, or approval for CBC's use of their image or likeness. This includes commercial use, advertising campaigns, and public distribution.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform CBC staff at the event entrance. CBC will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests, although complete exclusion from all visual content at public events cannot be guaranteed.
By entering CBC venues or virtual events, you accept these terms.
CBC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

German law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Berlin – Amtsgericht Charlottenburg.
